Open Space Index reports

Published October 2019

As the Research & Policy Fellow at New Yorkers for Parks, I worked on three Open Space Index reports, at-a-glance needs assessments of parks and open spaces in neighborhoods that are undergoing rapid growth. I worked in depth on the Bushwick and Long Island City reports. Community members and elected leaders alike can use these eight-page reports to better understand what problems exist and how they can be solved through public and private means.
